Retail — Direct Mail
Retail orders ship via express courier (DHL / FedEx) within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days worldwide.
- Free express shipping on orders over $150.
- Flat rate $12 for orders under $150.
- Tracked from dispatch to doorstep.
Wholesale — Container Logistics
Wholesale orders ship by sea or air freight. Small orders go express parcel; volume orders ship FCL (full container) or LCL (less-than-container) to your nearest port.
- Production lead time: 25–45 days after sample approval.
- Sea freight: 25–40 days to major EU/US ports.
- EXW / FOB / CIF terms available on request.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Retail shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where available, meaning duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery. For destinations without DDP, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or VAT per local regulations. Wholesale shipments are typically sent DAP/FOB; import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
